Can the Sigenergy devices be connected to the grid?Yes. Our Sigenergy inverters are listed in the official certification registers of the respective sales countries. The exact status per model and country is shown on each product page with a direct link to the official database.

How long is the warranty on my system?Sunlumo only carries brands we trust — and every product comes with its manufacturer warranty. The exact period is shown on each product page. For some products — Sigenergy is one example — the standard warranty can be extended. Just ask your Sunlumo partner.
What should I do if something doesn't work?Your first contact is always your Sunlumo partner — he knows your installation best. For system-level issues he can't solve on his own, we're directly there for him: German-speaking service team and a direct line to the manufacturer. As an end customer, you never have to deal with an anonymous manufacturer hotline — the same applies in case of warranty.
What about bidirectional charging — "my EV powers my house"?Exciting topic that will become big in the coming years. Sigen hardware (storage and DC charger) is already built for bidirectional charging today — from 2027 it becomes mandatory in the EU for new charging stations.
For your car to actually feed power back to your house, the car itself must support this. Best to ask the car manufacturer directly whether and how your model supports bidirectional charging — their statement is binding here, not ours.
